Welcome to Rhythm Masters. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Rhythm Masters website (the "Site") and any services offered by Rhythm Masters, including but not limited to drum lessons, workshops, and performance coaching (the "Services").

By accessing our Site and using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.

Use of the Website

Eligibility

To use our Site and Services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or if you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian. By using our Site and Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Account Registration

Some portions of our Site may require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential

Lesson and Service Terms

Booking and Payment

By booking a lesson or service with Rhythm Masters, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete booking information
• Pay the agreed-upon fees for services
• Make payments on time according to the schedule established at booking

Payment must be made prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment through the methods specified on our Site.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full lesson fee, except in cases of emergency or illness at our discretion
• Rhythm Masters reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to instructor illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will not be charged for the canceled lesson
• No-shows will be charged the full lesson fee

Conduct During Lessons

During lessons and while using our facilities, you agree to:

• Treat instructors, staff, and other students with respect
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by instructors
• Take reasonable care of all equipment and facilities
• Arrive on time for scheduled lessons
• Inform us of any physical limitations or health concerns that may affect your participation

We reserve the right to terminate lessons for any student who behaves inappropriately, without refund.

Minors

For students under 18 years of age:

• A parent or guardian must complete and sign all required forms
• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring timely drop-off and pick-up of minor students
• For children under 12, a parent or guardian must remain on the premises during the lesson unless otherwise arranged

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

The content on our Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is owned by Rhythm Masters or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may access, view, download, and print content from our Site for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you do not modify or delete any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

User Content

By posting, uploading, or submitting any content to our Site (including comments, reviews, or media), you:

• Grant Rhythm Masters a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media
• Represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the content you post and that the content does not violate these Terms

Lesson Materials

All lesson materials provided to you, including but not limited to handouts, recordings, custom exercises, and arrangements, are for your personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, or share these materials with others without our written permission.

Recording Lessons

You may not record lessons (audio or video) without the explicit permission of your instructor. If recording is permitted, it is for personal study purposes only and may not be shared or distributed.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Rhythm Masters makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the Site or the Services.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Site will be secure or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Site is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the Site or Services will meet your requirements

You use the Site and Services at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rhythm Masters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• The cost of procurement of substitute goods or services

Our total liability for all claims related to these Terms, the Site, or Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Rhythm Masters during the three months preceding the claim.

These limitations will apply regardless of whether Rhythm Masters has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
